Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Black Bean Salsa

1 15 oz. can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. lime juice  (fresh squeezed is best!)
1/3 C. fresh minced cilantro  (this is by the parsley)
½ C. diced onions
¼ lb. fresh Roma tomatoes  (about 3)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
Feta cheese crumbled

Combine all ingredients above *** – chill four hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese – Serve with chips
