Duvall Farmers Market – Competitions

We’ve been having lots of fun at the Duvall Farmers Market this year! Including chalk art from Joe Lee Davidson.

From decorating donuts to watermelon eating contests and now that we got a few of the kid activities down, the real fun starts…the adult competitions.

On September 9th, we’ll be having our salsa competition. This year we have special guest judges from the Fire Department, the Police Department and to make sure we are staying authentic we will also have a special guest judge from Ixtapa’s. We encourage all participates to shop locally for their ingredients.

Save the dates for our Jam and Jelly competition on September 2nd and our Pie competition on September 16th.

The Duvall Farmers Market runs every Thursday thru September 30th from 3pm-7pm on Brown Street. Please thank our neighboring businesses; True Value, Ixtapa’s, and Family Grocer for their graciousness during the Thursday afternoon ciaos.

About Country Cosmo

Country Cosmo doesn’t that say it all! I grew up in a small town, retired from Rodeo and now am an entrepreneur who can’t let go of her country roots!
